All designs, code, and materials remain the property of Bold Icon until payment is received in full. After payment, clients are granted rights to use their delivered website or materials for business purposes.
5. Liability
We make no guarantees that our services will produce specific business outcomes. Bold Icon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
6. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
